The Alpine A523 is the single seater used by the BWT Alpine F1 Team for the 2023 Formula 1 season. It was driven by a French duo comprising Esteban Ocon (former Renault F1 driver) and Pierre Gasly, who had moved over from Alpha Tauri the previous off-season. The two Frenchmen went head to head throughout the season. They each managed to secure a podium finish (third place). However, Pierre managed to finish ahead of his team-mate in the championship by just four points! Like all F1 drivers, they can rely on their steering wheel to steer, manage and keep abreast of the state of their car during the race.
