For car lovers, teenagers or young adults in 1995, Bad Boys, directed by Michael Bay, is a vivid memory: a superb Porsche 911 “964” Turbo 3.6 catches the image from the first moments of the film, and becomes a star in the same way as Will Smith, Martin Lawrence or Tchéky Karyo (the villain of the film). It is even the subject of the first dialogue, at the opening, between a Smith in love with his new acquisition and a Lawrence especially sensitive to the impractical aspects of a European sports car (where to put his cup of soda?). Mike Lowrey (Smith) describes his car as a “limited edition” car, costing $100,000 and going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds.
